How It Works

  1. Go to Box Gym Fitness Center
  2. Check the class schedule
  3. Show up to any class
  4. Join the workout

New? Arrive 10-15 minutes early.

  • Group warm-up
  • Strength or skill work
  • Workout of the Day (WOD)
  • Scaled options for all fitness levels

All Fitness Levels Welcome

Whether you're brand new or experienced, workouts can be adjusted to your level. No prior CrossFit experience is required.
